We use only the top quality components to produce our loudspeakers and speaker cabinets. Each device passes several stages of thorough quality control, before it gets to the consumer. If, despite all our efforts, you have found some fault in one of our product, please contact us or our distributor immediately and we will find the best possible solution.
Each issue is being investigated with great attention and if required we make changes in our production and QA processes, that helps to make our products better.

Warranty conditions:
- Loudspeakers and speaker systems are covered with one year limited warranty from the day of purchase
- Full sets of audio equipment are covered with three year limited warranty from the day of purchase.
- In some cases warranty on sets of audio equipment can be prolonged for a longer term.
During the warranty term the repair or replacement of the faulty product is free of charge except of those cases which are described in Disclaimers section. The equipment must be thoroughly packed before sending to the service center. Carriage in both sides is paid by client.
Disclaimers
- The defects caused by accident, misuse, rough handling or abuse.
- Damages caused by voice coil overheating.
- Loudspeakers used outside their normal frequency ranges.
- Mechanically demaged equipment.
- Malfunctions caused by incorrect installation.
- Warranty void if unauthorized person carry out any alterations or repairs.
- Demages caused by force majeure incidents (natural disasters, floods, etc).
- Damage caused by impropper carriage or storage.
- Normal wear and tear - damage that occurs as a result of normal wear or aging.
